AI strategy for w3 internal homepage
As industries increasingly prioritize AI-driven designs, I collaborated with designers across the organization to design a re-envisioned, AI-first w3 internal homepage. This redesign puts AI at the forefront, leveraging IBM’s AI solution, watsonx, to tailor content to a user's specific role. I concentrated on the developer persona, a key user group for IBM. For developers, the goal is for watsonx to highlight essential and time-sensitive tasks from tools like Jira and GitHub, automate testing and code generation, and offer metics and insights into application and code health.

Key screens
As a collaborator on this project, I focused on early concepts for an AI-infused w3 homepage for developers. This involved initial discovery, persona development, wireframing, creation of concept designs, prototyping the designs into a cohesive flow, and then presenting the prototype to executives and other design organizations within IBM.
Product impact & results
A total of 72 use cases were identified, each designed to address specific user pain points and needs that can be effectively solved using AI. Of these, six workflows—including the one I contributed to—were selected for IBM’s AI path to production, a streamlined process that enables further research and testing within two weeks of delivery. This initiative secured executive sponsorship and buy-in as IBM remains committed to delivering AI solutions through user-centered design and ethical innovation.
